Job Description
The property manager builds and maintains a well-balanced portfolio of properties by cultivating partnerships, onboarding new accounts, marketing rental properties, and conducting property surveys.
Requirements
- Cultivates partnerships with local real estate sales offices
- Onboards new accounts and provides recommendations to owners
- Markets rental properties through the Multiple Listing Service
- Processes applicants for tenancy
- Conducts, coordinates and reviews property surveys/inspections
- Prepares all management leases
- Coordinates and negotiates lease renewals
- Communicates and advises owner in a timely manner of actions and or funds needed to maintain property
- Maintains property files in AppFolio
- Communicates with owners regarding vacancies, leasing activity, applications, new tenants, lease renewals and property legal matters
