Part Time Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Loopback Analytics. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of executive activities, communications, and coordination across departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom).
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign and CRM/CLM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels.
