Job Description
Lord Abbett is seeking a Financial Controller to support the Private Credit Business and broader Alternatives strategy. The role involves managing private credit funds and supporting the company's growth strategy. This position requires strong experience with both private credit accounting and a BDC understanding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- BDC accounting experience preferred
- 7-10+ years of Private Credit or Private Equity experience
- CPA required
- Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
