Requirements
- Monitor and record temperature of perishable items
- Store food properly and rotate inventory daily
- Maintain food quality control and follow infection control practices
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work area
- Load and clean dishes and utensils
- Take tray carts or food carts to assigned floors
