The Matchday Operations Crew is responsible for operational support as it relates to Los Angeles Football Club soccer matches and a multitude of other soccer matches hosted at BMO Stadium.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree or current college student preferred
- Prior experience working in sports, operations, live events, or entertainment preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of soccer and experience working at professional soccer matches is a plus
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays required
- Multi-tasker with strong organizational skills to problem solve and prioritize tasks in an efficient manner
- Ability to be detail oriented, meet tight deadlines, and function in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels
- Ability to communicate effectively in English – both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time unassisted
- Proficient in Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese is a plus
