Job Description
The Bartender/Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to members and their guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Prior bartending and/or serving experience preferred, especially in private club, restaurant, or hospitality settings
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Knowledge of standard drink preparation and service techniques
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- POS system experience preferred
