Job Description
The Baler Operator is responsible for collecting, compacting, and preparing paper waste and other recyclable materials for disposal or recycling. The role supports the overall cleanliness, efficiency, and safety of warehouse operations by ensuring that waste materials are handled correctly and consistently.
