Job Description
The Ream Accumulator plays a critical role in maintaining an efficient and continuous production flow, responsible for properly boxing finished paper reams in accordance with established specifications, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Experience in a production or assembly environment is helpful but not required.
- Prior training or familiarity with ream stackers, conveyors, or similar equipment is a plus.
- Ability to operate a paper ream stacker and folding conveyor machine.
- Ability to properly use a strapping tool and tape dispenser.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedural steps accurately.
- Ability to maintain focus and productivity during repetitive tasks.
- Ability to perform physical activities, including standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; items over 50 lbs. must be lifted with assistance.
- Ability to maintain work pace in a production environment.
