Associate Director/ Student Support Services - Teacher Prep

The Associate Director of the TRIO Teacher Preparation Student Support Services (TPSSS) Program will utilize data to support student success, implement effective caseload management techniques, and oversee the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and five years of professional experience
• Experience in higher education, preferably within TRIO or similar student support programs
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated competence in instruction, tutoring, or counseling of students similar to those eligible for TPSSS participation
• Familiarity with federal TRIO regulations and guidelines
• K-12 Teaching Experience
• Demonstrated experience in staff development
• Knowledge of caseload management techniques and best practices in student support
