Call Center Representative- Arabic Fluency

Lowell Community Health Center is seeking a Full-Time Call Center Representative- Arabic Fluency to serve as the primary contact for patients attempting to schedule, cancel or confirm an appointment, reach their provider or clinician, and answer general questions about the health center. The position requires strong customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a high call volume environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of previous experience in customer service or medical related field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in high call volume environment
• Computer skills necessary
