Patient Referrals Specialist

Lowell Community Health Center is seeking a Patient Referrals Specialist to process incoming and outgoing referrals, schedule specialty appointments, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, two years office experience in a health care setting, and knowledge of medical terminology.
