Academic Affairs Associate

The Academic Affairs Associate will support the Vice Provost for Faculty, Research and Strategy and the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs and Professional Development. The position will manage projects, provide administrative support, and assist with research and grant development. The position will also support budget planning, faculty development, and mission integration. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in capacity building, project management, and change management in higher education.

• Four years of experience in capacity building, project management, and change management in higher education
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Highly developed organizational and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize work effectively and exercise independent judgment
• Ability to develop advanced skills in Workday, Box Sync, etc.
