Job Description
The Frank R. Seaver College of Science and Engineering at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) is seeking part-time faculty instructors in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. The position involves teaching 1-2 courses in areas such as dynamical systems, manufacturing, materials, mechanical design, solid mechanics, and thermal fluid systems.
Requirements
- Prior teaching experience is preferable
- Ability to use browser-based software services, and standard classroom and office equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits
- Minimum salary is $2,517 per unit taught
