Job Description
We are seeking a senior developer to support the growth of our Digital Product team within Inspire Design. The role involves contributing to the design and development of digital products, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of professional software development experience, including building and supporting production-grade digital products.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience working in agile, product-oriented development environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to balance hands-on development with peer mentorship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working in evolving environments
- Proficiency in full-stack development technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, web frameworks, APIs)
- Experience working with on-prem, SaaS, and cloud-based platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Understanding of data modeling, integrations, and system interoperability
- Experience with UI/UX collaboration
