Construction Manager (Texas)

LS Power is seeking experienced Construction Managers to oversee and manage construction activities for electrical transmission substations and high-voltage overhead transmission lines. This role provides leadership across the construction lifecycle, ensuring that contractors meet technical, commercial, and safety requirements while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, high-voltage transmission or substation construction projects for utilities or EPC contractors
• Strong understanding of power delivery codes, standards, and industry best practices
• OSHA 30-hour certification
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience managing contractors, schedules, field documentation, and commercial performance
• Ability to work in fast-paced, field-driven environments and take a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Highly organized and committed to safety, quality, and accountability
