The Elections Administrator is responsible for leading and managing all operations of the Lubbock County Elections Department, ensuring efficient and secure election processes, and complying with state and federal election laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Five (5) years of experience in elections, public administration, or related field
- Three (3) years of management or supervisory experience
- Extensive knowledge of Texas elections laws, regulations, and voting management systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of election software, Microsoft Office Suite, and job-related technology
