Job Description
The Senior Logistics Operations Specialist will serve as the single point of contact for Supply Chain Operations in Dahej, Gujrat, including warehousing and inbound/outbound transportation activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain or Logistics specialization preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role managing blue-collar teams
- Proven experience in manpower planning and team coordination.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and 3PL management.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
