Lubrizol is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for responding, troubleshooting, and performing repair work on injection molding machines and other manufacturing equipment. The role requires excellent technical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements
- Successful completion of four-years of high school, or equivalent.
- One to three years of experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Experience with blueprints and schematics.
- Certificate in Troubleshooting and Repair of Hydraulic or Electrical Systems (preferred).
- Good understanding of pneumatic control circuit design, installation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent skills in implementing effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Technical ability to complete qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) requirements, read and interpret hydraulic prints and electrical schematics, and firm grasp of electrical and hydraulic codes.
