Process Improvement Manager

The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to lead the prioritization and implementation of plant technology improvement opportunities. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of experience as an engineer within a chemical plant, with 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience. The role involves developing and implementing site technology plans, monitoring and measuring implementation, and providing input for improvement of work practices and priorities.
