Job Description
Lubrizol is seeking a Process Technology Engineer to drive advancements in Estane TPU manufacturing within APAC. This role involves overseeing product development transitions, optimizing manufacturing processes, and implementing best practices to enhance safety, productivity, and efficiency. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful scale-up and contribute to process innovation.
Requirements
- Champion the Estane business strategy.
- Execute regional initiatives under the Estane TPU Business Technology Plan (BTP).
- Define and implement Most Effective Technology (MET) for Estane TPU manufacturing.
- Lead, execute, and support TPU products development, scale up, and process capability improvements.
- Coordinate and consult on new capital projects.
- Design experiments and analyze data from both lab and pilot plant.
- Comply with all applicable internal and external Lubrizol HSE policies.
