Job Description
Lucid is seeking a Deputy Manager – Material Flow Engineering to support the logistics team in managing the in-plant logistics system. The role involves strategic planning, design, and deployment of material handling infrastructure, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency. This is a critical role within the team to ensure seamless production and support new product launches and business expansion.
Requirements
- Strong engineering and team coordination experience.
- Analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 7–10 years in the automotive industry.
- Experience with Material Flow Engineering or a related supervisory/team lead role.
- Lean Manufacturing systems such as TPS and WCM.
- Experience in designing material flow systems for CBU programs.
