ERP Financials & Controlling Team Lead

Lucid is seeking a Team Lead for the ERP Finance & Controlling team to oversee the design, implementation, and support of financial and controlling processes within the organization's ERP system. The role involves liaisoning between finance business users and the ERP technical team, ensuring system solutions align with business objectives and comply with internal controls. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of ERP financial systems and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Lead and manage a team of ERP finance functional consultants and analysts.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions aligned with business and project goals.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ERP configurations and developments.
• Oversee end-to-end FTM process implementation (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting).
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risks for finance related workstreams.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical/development teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize finance and controlling processes using ERP tools.
• Conduct training sessions for finance users and new team members.
