Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a highly skilled Final Line and End-of-Line (EOL) Process Engineer to join their team. The role involves leading the development and optimization of manufacturing processes in the Final Line and EOL areas, focusing on vehicle assembly, systems integration, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is critical to ensuring high-quality vehicle delivery and a positive impact on the future of mobility.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes in the Final Line and EOL areas.
- Lead the integration and validation of systems.
- Drive First Time Through (FTT) improvements.
- Support launch activities for new vehicle programs.
- Develop and maintain PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Standard Work Instructions.
