Job Description
Lucid is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their general EV automotive manufacturing team. The role involves establishing and maintaining production management and industrial engineering systems, optimizing labor efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. Requirements
- Performance Time Studies (MODAPTS, Line Balance, VA-NVA Analysis)
- Collaborate with operations, management, and stakeholders to optimize staffing and efficiency
- Assess labor productivity and performance metrics
- Develop and implement labor plans
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve operational efficiency
- Develop manufacturing instructions
- Analyze workstations for Ergonomics and Safety
