Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Finance Business Partner to support Logistics Finance in the automotive industry. The role focuses on providing accurate financial data and analysis to support decision-making across the company, including logistics cost tracking, budgeting, and optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys a challenging role.
Requirements
- Track actual logistics costs (freight, warehousing, handling, packaging).
- Prepare monthly cost reports vs. budget/forecast.
- Identify and report variances with root cause analysis.
- Analyze ROI/NPV for logistics infrastructure investments.
- Model business cases for multiple projects for manufacturing logistics / supply chain footprint.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data reconciling period-to-period.
- Provide new perspective on process improvement.
- Manage multiple projects with high degree of autonomy.
