Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to ensure the optimal operation, reliability, and efficiency of mechanical systems and equipment within the automotive paint shop. This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to uphold production quality and minimize downtime. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in maintenance engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Familiarity with TPM, CMMS tools (SAP PM or similar), and lean maintenance practices
- Understanding of automotive paint processes and Class A surface requirements
