Job Description
Lucid is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Vehicle Programs, to lead the development and delivery of luxury electric vehicles. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing technical programs, and ensuring technical maturity and financial stewardship. The ideal candidate will drive results and have a passion for innovation within the automotive industry.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, system engineering, or technical program management
- 10+ years of professional experience in the automotive industry
- Experience leading a whole vehicle program from concept to launch
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to own technical product descriptions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience with systems engineering and project management
