Job Description
Lucid is seeking a Trade Compliance Import & Export Manager to oversee trade compliance operations across the Middle East region. The role involves ensuring full compliance with import/export regulations, supporting business growth, and managing cross-functional relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proven track record in trade compliance, preferably with experience managing ERP systems.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of international trade regulations, customs laws, and export controls in the Middle East and globally.
- Strong understanding of global logistics processes (air, road, and ocean).
- Advanced knowledge of Incoterms, customs valuation, tariff classification, and free trade agreements.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred), and trade compliance software/tools.
