We are looking for a Europe-based Global Growth Manager who will own large-scale user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategy for our AI-powered language learning and speaking practice apps.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, monetization, or product growth
• Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets ($300K–$500K+ monthly)
• Strong analytical mindset with experimentation-driven decision-making
• Experience in mobile apps, edtech, language learning, AI products, or subscription businesses
• Ability to operate fast, prioritize effectively, and execute cross-functionally
