Transaction Legal Director to join a leading global aircraft leasing company in Dublin, Ireland. The role involves leading and managing the legal execution of aircraft leasing, trading, and financing transactions, and advising on and managing airline defaults, repossessions, disputes, and litigation matters.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction (e.g. Ireland, UK, US, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in aviation finance or aircraft leasing
• Proven track record in managing and negotiating complex cross-border transactions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead internal deal teams and liaise with senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and commercially astute, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
