Job Description
Agidens is seeking a Country Manager for the Automation & Digital business unit within the Netherlands to oversee the commercial development of the country. This role involves identifying new projects, managing a team of 33 FTE, and ensuring sustainable relationships with customers and sectors. The position requires a blend of commercial and human-centered leadership to promote the professionalism and positioning of Agidens in the Netherlands.
Requirements
- Identify new projects and develop relationships with companies in sectors such as Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Energy and Fine Chemicals.
- Understand the challenges within the process industry and implement solutions with multidisciplinaire approaches.
- Stay on top of market trends and build a strong network.
