Platform Engineer - Enterprise Automation Team

lululemon is hiring a Platform Engineer for the Enterprise Automation Team to design and build internal developer platforms and core infrastructure to enable engineering velocity and operational excellence. The team works with business partners, architects, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and well-governed automation solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science or related field, 4-8 years of experience in designing platform solutions, and experience in Kubernetes, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 4-8 years of experience designing platform solutions, implementing infrastructure as code, and building scalable distributed systems, or equivalent
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex platform solutions with self-service capabilities
• Experience engineering Kubernetes platforms and container orchestration solutions for production workloads
• Strong experience designing and operating solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar
