Job Description
We are building the founding engineering team for a new product focused on AI-powered ad creation. As the founding ML Engineer, you will be the bridge to our research team, applying a deep, quantitative understanding of ad effectiveness to build the engine that optimizes AI-generated creative.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a machine learning or optimization role within the ad space
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning large vision-language models (VLMs) using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with distributed computing frameworks
- Containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Deployed and managed models on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
