Job Description
Luma Health is seeking a Director of Field & Experiential Marketing to own the strategy and execution of in-person and virtual events, driving pipeline, strengthening customer relationships, and building brand. The role involves all aspects of event planning, management, and measurement, ensuring events are tailored to revenue goals. They are looking for a motivated and collaborative leader who takes ownership and impacts are significant.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience
- Track record of running events that deliver measurable pipeline and ROI
- Expertise in both logistics/project management and creative experience design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce, project management tools, and budget tracking
- 50% travel up to 50% of the time (US/International)
