Product Operations Manager

Luma Health is looking for a Product Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and ensure organizational readiness for new product rollouts. The role involves working with various teams to align communication, processes, and strategy around product development, launches, and ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree required
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations
• Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data
• SQL skills highly preferred
• Ability to manage organizational change and stakeholder communication
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strategic alignment and ability to bring key partners together
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and negotiation
• Ability to create scalable documentation and onboarding programs
