Senior Accountant

Lumafield is a rapidly growing manufacturing technology company seeking an Experienced Staff or Senior Accountant. They are focused on upgrading manufacturing processes using AI and advanced tech, and are looking for a highly motivated individual to join their growing finance and accounting team, helping them to build a foundational accounting function. The role involves owning key accounting areas, leading projects, and collaborating across various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA candidate preferred).
• Have 1–3 years of experience in public accounting and/or private industry.
• Critical thinker, analytical, and results-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven.
• Passion for process improvement and systems optimization
• Experience with NetSuite and/or cost accounting in manufacturing is a plus.
