Job Description
Lumenaza is a Green-Tech company focused on making the energy industry more sustainable. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Solar Energy to join their growing Operations team. The role involves answering customer inquiries, communicating with partners, and contributing to product and process optimization within a dynamic software platform promoting renewable energies.
Requirements
- Completed training or further education in customer service, energy, IT, or a related field
- Very good German language skills (C1/C2)
- Initial experience in customer contact, ideally in energy or IT
- Friendly and courteous manner
- Willingness to work in a team
- Basic MS-Office skills
- English skills are an additional plus
