Distinguished Technical Staff, Standards and Strategy

Lumentum Holdings is seeking an experienced individual contributor to drive our standards activities and standards strategy. In this critical role, you will define and lead strategy and standards across all Lumentum Holdings’ business units spanning optical components, optical modules, switching, and transport.

Requirements

• Owns Lumentum Datacom, Telecom, Switching standards strategy.
• Represents Lumentum externally in standards forums, speaking on behalf of the company’s interests.
• Works with peers, customers, collaborators to implements Lumentum’s standards objectives.
• Covers emerging standards in adjacent markets such as PCIe, UCIe, as well as optical standards.
