Etching Process Engineer

Join our team as an Etching Process Engineer and contribute to the development of new or modified etching processes. Responsibilities include developing etching conditions, introducing new equipment, and setting up mass-production capacity. Expected background includes a degree in electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field, with relevant work experience.

Requirements

• Develops new or modified InP-based Dry etching and wet etching process
• Defines etching condition or handling equipment requirements and specifications
• Contributes by applying the developed technologies in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products
• Responsible for introducing new Dry/Wet etching process equipment
• Sets up etching process conditions to realize mass-production capacity ramp
• May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches
