Job Description
We're looking for a Process Engineer - Laser Alignment to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will develop, configure and optimize processes, assess processes, take measurements and interpret data, and design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes. You will also provide process documentation and operating instructions, solve complex problems, and interface effectively with customers and other functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors in engineering, or appropriate sciences
- >3 years of experience with Active Alignment process in a fast paced electronics manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor or opto-electronics
- Familiarity with the design of experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC)
- Creative thinker, with strong analytical and problem solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and interact with all levels of management
- Strong leadership and inter-personal, written and oral skills
