Product Engineer

We're looking for a Product Development Engineer to drive variant development of complex optical switch modules from end-to-end. This role combines strong technical expertise and project management skills to integrate new designs and ensure manufacturing readiness.

Requirements

• Lead and participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
• Troubleshoot product and yield issues
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Optimize manufacturing process flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong data analysis capability
• Knowledge of assembly and test processes
• Experience working in NPI development is a plus
