Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent educational and professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management (or equivalent) with 2+ years in lending/LOS/digital account opening/credit onboarding at a bank, credit union, fintech, or vendor
• Experience launching LOS capabilities (or adjacent) with demonstrated outcome lifts
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder leadership, and auditor-friendly habits
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
