Commercial Director

Luminance is seeking a Commercial Director to lead a team of Account Executives, driving sales growth for Legal-Grade™ AI enterprise solutions. The role involves leading a sales team, managing the entire sales process (prospecting, lead generation, qualification, etc.), and collaborating with internal teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales strategy for a rapidly growing AI company.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent experience leading enterprise or commercial/mid-market sales reps
• 5+ years of full-cycle, B2B sales experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a GPA of 3.5 or above
• Successful track record of winning new business at the enterprise and strategic level
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams
