Product Designer

Luminance is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive and effective user experiences for their legal-grade AI platform. The role involves partnering with product, engineering, and legal teams to translate business needs into user-centered design solutions, ensuring functional, delightful, and consistent with Luminance's design system. The product designer will guide the full design process, from research to prototyping.

Requirements

• Degree in design, HCI, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of professional experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or similar role in SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven expertise in Figma and modern design systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design work
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in Agile environments
• Ability to balance usability with business requirements and technical constraints
• Passion for transforming complex AI into intuitive experiences
