Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 3 years at a SaaS vendor, preferably in the AI and/or Cybersecurity space
- Strong technical skills with experience in software development, system integration, and creating customer-facing developer resources
- Experience of Full Stack Web development and Cloud Architecture
- Demonstrable Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, Python or equivalent frameworks/languages
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical team, focused on collaborating with developer/technical personas
