Business Analyst

Join our team as a Business Analyst and lead end-to-end business analysis for retail banking initiatives. Define, document, and manage business and functional requirements, collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and deliver actionable insights
• Familiarity with retail banking systems, products, and regulatory environments, especially within the Baltic region
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and dashboard/reporting platforms
• Ability to manage end-to-end project activities including UAT, change management, and incident resolution
• Understanding of risk management principles and experience supporting audits and compliance processes
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams and present complex information clearly
• Experience working in agile environments, with a strong grasp of agile principles, ceremonies, and collaboration practices
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
