Business Analyst (Risk Area)

Join our team as a Business Analyst in Risk Division! Lead end-to-end business analysis for risk-related initiatives, define and manage business and functional requirements, and create and maintain user stories and dashboards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis
• Familiarity with at least one of the following areas: credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, capital adequacy, stress testing, or regulatory reporting frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools)
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and dashboard/reporting platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Fluent English required
