Join Lunii as Chief Revenue Officer and lead the strategic and operational management of all revenue streams. Accelerate growth in France and internationally and contribute to the next steps in the development of Lunii.
Requirements
- Define and implement the global growth strategy of Lunii with the CEO, activating all business levers (Sales, Marketing, Growth, CRM).
- Deploy and optimize commercial performance across all channels, managing funnels, acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer value (Customer Lifetime Value).
- Bring our development to the international level by adapting the branding, marketing, and sales strategy.
- Build, track, and analyze business KPIs to measure the impact of initiatives and identify risks/opportunities and growth scenarios.
- Ensure regular, precise, and numerical reporting to the Board of Directors to facilitate strategic management.
- Work in synergy with Tech, Product, Editions, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between business, content, and product roadmap.
- Structure the Revenue team organization by setting up processes, tools, and rituals to support growth.
- Accompany and develop the Revenue team while establishing a performance culture guided by data and impact measurement.
