(Seoul) In-house English Instructor

Lunit, a medical AI software company, is seeking an In-house English Instructor to enhance global communication across the company. The role will involve designing and delivering tailored English programs, providing training to develop global business communication skills, and managing the language training program.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching business English in the corporate, government or adult education OR over 2+ year of corporate in-house training experience
• Overall understanding of the healthcare industry and passion for artificial intelligence
• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in business English writing and spoken communication in a corporate environment
• Experience managing language training programs
• Skilled in developing curriculum, learning materials, and assessments
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team
• ‘Live to learn’ mindset and inspired to develop others
• Strong empathy toward Korean learners by understanding their linguistic and cultural challenges
• Ability to create a psychologically safe classroom environment, and help students overcome fear and build confidence in communication
• Interested in learning areas of medical, software, AI etc.
• Have a creative and broader perspectives
