Lunit is seeking a Korea-residing IT Operation Manager to support their AI solutions for cancer diagnosis and treatment. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and operating third-party software. The company emphasizes AI-driven solutions and innovation in healthcare.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Admin, IT Support, IT Helpdesk or similar experience
- Proficiency in Korean and English communication
- Experience with internal IT system support
- Experience with various 3rd-party SW (Slack, JIRA, etc.)
- Network/Server management experience
- Understanding of cloud service operations
- Ability to clearly understand and resolve issues
- Understanding of cloud service operations
- Strong collaboration skills
